I’m Chanda and I am the founder of Femme Lune- a passion project turned business that brings together my love of floristry, holistic healing modalities, and the creation of safe and inspiring spaces.
My name means “moon” in Sanskrit, which has always felt like a quiet reflection of who I am. I’ve always been drawn to the moon and found inspiration from its beauty, rhythm and presence. The name Femme Lune, translating to “Moon Woman” in French, became my way of describing the work I began to create back in 2018 while in Paris.
With over 18 years in hospitality and special events, I developed a deep appreciation for the way thoughtful details, particularly florals, can completely transform a space. In 2020 I began pursuing floristry more intentionally, creating arrangements for deliveries, weddings, corporate events, and hosting workshops. Over time, I felt a pull towards another long-held passion: the healing arts.
Massage therapy had lived quietly in the background of my life for years, as I grew up watching the warmth and reward of the career through my grandmother, who was a massage therapist when I was a kid. Choosing to follow in her footsteps was one of the most meaningful decisions I have made. It opened up the door to a deeper understanding of the body, energy, and care.
Femme Lune is where these paths meet and where I get to share what I love with the people around me.
Aside from founding Femme Lune, I am a mom to three awesome kiddos and wife to my husband who is a touring musician and entrepreneur. Our varying arts and creative expression keep our home full of color, music, and leads an unwavering little world of beautiful chaos that I wouldn’t trade for anything. Together we love riding bikes, going to the beach, playing with our Australian Shepherd, Rosie, and dancing to records in our living room.

Femme Lune was born from a deep love of flowers—their wild beauty, their movement, and the way they bring life and feeling into any space. Florals were one of my first creative languages, and they remain at the heart of everything I create.
Each arrangement is thoughtfully and intuitively designed, inspired by nature’s rhythms and guided by the vision of my clients. I take pride in crafting florals that feel organic and one-of-a-kind—pieces that don’t just decorate a space, but shift its energy and tell a story. Whether for a quiet moment or a meaningful celebration, my work is rooted in creating something that feels personal, expressive, and alive.
My approach to floristry is grounded in connection—paying attention to texture, color, and the subtle details that make each design feel intentional yet untamed. It’s a collaborative process, where your vision meets my artistic instinct.
While flowers are the soul of Femme Lune, my work has gently expanded to include holistic bodywork—offering a space for rest, grounding, and nervous system care.
At its core, Femme Lune is an offering of beauty, presence, and connection—through flowers first, and always.
